Francesca Accinelli, Telefilm Canada’s director of national promotion and communications, will be the featured speaker at CEMA’s next monthly meeting.
It is scheduled for Thursday, October 2, 2014, at OMNI Television, 33 Dundas Street East.
Prior to her current position at Telefilm Canada, Accinelli was the organization’s deputy director of the Television Business Unit. Before joining Telefilm Canada, Accinelli was the manager of operations and business analyst for the Canadian Television Fund. Ancinelli, who has a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from York University, began her career as a cultural administrator working at Harbourfront Centre and Solar Stage. She then moved into the television industry, where she worked for close to 10 years.
