The Canadian Race Relations Foundation (CRRF) has issued an invitation to members of the Canadian Ethnic Media Association (CEMA) to a three-day “Symposium and Awards” to be held November 17-19, in Ottawa.
The event’s organizers say some 200 delegates will discuss current issues, the role of Canada’s “Sesquicentennial in 2017” and “the future role of race relations and multiculturalism.”
There will also be interactive plenary sessions, panel discussions and guest speakers.
The cost for attending the event is $295. However, CEMA’s members are eligible for a 50% discount. To receive it, members must use the discount code — CEMA2014 — when they register.
