SPEAKER BIO:
Annie Game is the Executive Director of Canadian Journalists for Free Expression (CJFE), a Toronto-based organization promoting and defending free expression. One of CJFE’s major responsibilities is managing the International Free Expression Exchange (IFEX), a network of more than 90 organizations, which brings activists in free expression together from around the world. Formerly, Ms. Game worked with War Child Canada, Canada World Youth, Save the Children and the International Program of the YMCA de Montreal. She has extensive international experience working with partners in Asia, Africa and Latin America, Central Asia as well as with diverse communities, youth and volunteers across Canada.
