Admitted as CEMA member recently, Roberto Butch Galicia was referring to the reception hosted by the Ontario Association of Radiologists (OAR) for CEMA in downtown Toronto on September 28, 2006, where the executive officers of OAR called upon members of the ethnic media for assistance on OARs communication needs in the language of their various communities.
