May 28, 2017

As summer approaches the final CEMA speaker’s bureau event for the season will feature addresses by three representatives of Parks Canada. They are Ethan Meleg, Jeffrey Sinibaldi and France Faucher.

Meleg is a birder, whose Parks Canada career started in 1999 as a naturalist at Bruce Peninsula National Park and Fathom Five National Marine Park. He later became involved in community outreach and tourism management.

After spending some years at Georgian Bay Islands National Park, Meleg returned to Bruce Peninsula National Park in a partnering and engagement role.

Meleg is also a nature photographer and magazine columnist.

Sinibaldi works with Parks Canada as a public relations and communications officer at Rouge National Urban Park, in the Greater Toronto Area.

Before joining Parks Canada Sinibaldi worked in media relations at Brock University and with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.

Faucher is Parks Canada’s external relations manager for Georgian Bay and Ontario East.

CEMA’s Speaker Series on June 1, starting at 6:45 p.m., will be at Ryerson University’s Rogers Communications Centre, 80 Gould Street.
